I just noticed that some of the players are not totally smooth and maybe would like to help themselves by smoothing stuff out.
Well to solve this here are some simple commands that i use that should reduce the amount of lag you maybe have on your character.
Net Settings
/snaps 40 <- amount of info delivered from server
/rate 25000 <- speed info sent at
Computer Settings
/com_maxfps 125 <- The optimum fps for quake allows you to move smoothly and jump the best.
/com_hunkmegs 56 <- Amount of your computer memory quake uses. If you get jerkyness increase this number. Up to about 112 is good.
*/sv_fps ... <- This one can be useful it sets the fps of the server your connected to. However if you get a bad value "Connection Interrupted" will be shown frequently
