NEED HELP!

Hey boys! .. Maybe someone remember me ... Iam JerGen .. I was in LOST maybe before 2 years ago .. but then I stopped play q3 ... and now i got problem .. I really want to play q3 but I cant .. bcs when i downlaod it .. instal . I want to run the game it writes me that there is a problem and it have to shut down the game ... It is doing me with q4 too and moore games .. :( please .. I really need help ...

I dont know whata do .. :(

hey jergen

if you use windows 2000, install the service pack....

Another problem could be your Random Access Memory, but first install the service pack for windows...
