how can i get quake live ??

i found but it is not able to find any seeds!!!

i want a proper setup.....

Yeh use the 4mb setup file? i not even sure it is 4mb. You just download the download client and it downloads it from their site. Then when you want to play you open the internet browser and join servers and things from their site. Its not really very hard :P

YES! lol just open that file and it will download it and install it as a plugin to your internet browser.
