This post is about taking away Mart his ref. I didn't want to post all this stuff because I like to avoid trouble. But Mart kinda begged Shell to see the complaints about him (or something). That the leaders decided to not want him as ref wasn't a good enough reason. That the owner and payer of the server didn't want him as ref wasn't good enough reason.
Mart clearly stated he wanted to see complaints. Well like I said I like to avoid trouble and this post is not about flaming him. If anybody thinks this is appropriate ref behaviour, please comment.

Okay that was just a small part of a coversation. I didn't want to post everything because I don't want to bore you guys to much because this will be one LONG post.
Anyway, Mart made it obvious he wanted a formal complaint. And proof or something. So this is my complaint.

This is what my first complaint is about. When g_nopublicchat is on 1, which means when chat is turned off. Mart has a habbit of chatting via the console. Clearly he doesn't understand that chat is turned off for a reason. That the point is that people can't chat. Really? Yes really. If it wasn't bad enough during practises, he also decided to bitch at the other team via the console during a scrim. This is really noob behaviour.

Okay ignore what I just wrote. I was just looking at what Mart wrote via the console and there were 16 pages of text. I am not going to paste 16 pages or stupid text here that nobody wants to read. I will just go on to my second complaint.
If it wasn't bad enough that Mart appearently chats WAY to much via the console. He also loves to spam with the console. Which I personally think is very annoying. It is already annoying when people spam in normal chat. This is even worse. I will paste some thing out of the logs from when he was spamming with the console. (lets hope its not to long) I personally consider everything that is said more then 3 times spam. Oppinions might be different about this by other people. And I think that if something is that important that it needs to be via the console, that it should only be said once.

My third complaint and the worst one. Mart gave out the ref password. Probably didn't realise passwords were supposed to be secret.
It could have been an accident which I personally don't believe. Everybody can make an accident once in a while, it happenes.
But then you could just admitt it. Mart ofcourse didn't at first. he tried to make muffinman not talk about it in teamchat, and then he LIED about the kick. That he kicked him and muffinman didn't.
Unfortunatly logs tell a whole different story. (Later he did admitt he gave out the password, after he was busted afcourse.)
