I do not have time to make tryouts these days and that was written some time ago. Its general procedure for us to request screenshots these days. So please its really quite easy take them as you play usually anyone that refuses is well a bit suspicious to us lol :P

cause para saw me play alot of times and told me to be T via xfire then shell commented, "i saw him play hes now a lost... GL"

+ i cant make any via xfire because its not connected :S and dunno how to via normal quake ss, 8) and sometimes i scrim and i tell them to take ss but not ALWAYs but they forget :( :D

GO in xfire, then go tools -> option -> games and then pick quake 3 arena and pick manual detect then show it where is you quake folder. After go in tools ->option -> xfire ingame then there is "screenshot", put any key you want there, then go ingame and push that same key which you chose in options (I use NUM 8).
After you stop playing quake, you will see the window where is screenshots which u took ingame, then u can choose if you upload them or delete, after uploading them, go on your xfire webpage -> profile -> screenshot.
Push right mouse button on it, choose: Copy link of picture, then come on lost forums, Post new reply and type (there is also button looks like tree) and vóila again
